Privacy policy

Effective 26 September 2026 · Wersja polska

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This privacy policy explains how Kids World (“we”, “us”) handles information in our apps for children – Toddler Coloring & Puzzles, Kids Memory & Logic Games, Dress Up Animals & Mazes (together, the “Apps”) – and on this website.

We are the data controller for the processing described here. You can reach us at any time at i2p30mk+kidsworld@gmail.com.

The Apps are designed for children aged 2 to 6 and for the parents and caregivers who set them up. We wrote this policy for grown-ups, in plain language. If anything is unclear, please ask us.

2. Children’s privacy

We do not collect personal information from children. The Apps have no accounts, no sign-up, no chat or social features, no user-generated content that leaves the device, no location access, and no access to the camera, microphone, photos or contacts.

  • COPPA (United States): we do not collect, use or disclose personal information from children under 13, so no verifiable parental consent is needed.
  • GDPR (European Union / United Kingdom): we do not process children’s personal data on the basis of consent (Article 8 GDPR), because we do not process it at all.
  • UK Age Appropriate Design Code: the Apps are private by default – there are no settings that share data, no nudges and no profiling.
  • EU Digital Services Act (Article 28): we show no advertising at all, and certainly none based on profiling of minors.

Everything a grown-up might need – purchases, restoring purchases, settings, the e-mail link and links to this website – sits in a parent area behind a parental gate (an arithmetic question a young child cannot answer). A child cannot reach a website, a store page or a payment screen without an adult.

3. Information that stays on the device

To work, the Apps save a few things locally on the device. This information is never sent to us or to anyone else:

  • play progress – which pictures and levels have been played or completed, and colouring in progress;
  • settings chosen in the parent area – language and sound on/off;
  • which content has been unlocked (a local copy of the purchase status, so the Apps work offline);
  • simple counters – how many times the App has been opened and when a store rating was last suggested to the parent, so we don’t ask too often.

You can delete this information at any time with “Reset progress” in the parent area, or by uninstalling the App.

4. Purchases and RevenueCat

The Apps are free to download and offer optional in-app purchases, available only in the parent area.

Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your name, e-mail address, payment card or billing address. Apple and Google act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies: Apple Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy.

Purchase verification. To check that a purchase is valid and to let you restore it on another device, the Apps use RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) as our service provider (data processor). The Apps contact RevenueCat only after a parent opens the parent area. RevenueCat receives:

  • a random, anonymous app user ID created by the App on the device – it is not your name, e-mail, phone number or device advertising ID;
  • the store purchase receipt and transaction details – product, date, price, currency and store country;
  • technical information needed for the connection – the device’s IP address, platform and operating-system version, and the App and SDK version.

We have configured RevenueCat so that it does not collect device or advertising identifiers (such as IDFA, IDFV or the Android advertising ID), receives no custom attributes about you or your child, and shows no in-app messages. The data is used only to deliver and restore what you bought; it is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking or advertising.

Ratings. After a purchase or after a number of launches, the parent area may ask the system to show Apple’s or Google’s own “rate this app” dialog. The App itself sends nothing; a rating you choose to leave is handled by the store.

5. What we never do

  • No advertising of any kind and no advertising SDKs.
  • No analytics, crash-reporting or attribution SDKs.
  • No advertising identifiers – on Android the AD_ID permission is explicitly removed.
  • No tracking across apps or websites, no profiling, no sale or sharing of personal data.
  • No location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts or other device permissions.
  • No links, store pages or purchase screens a child can reach without the parental gate.

6. When you contact us

If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address, the content of your message and anything you choose to attach (for example a screenshot or an order number). We use this only to answer you and to fix problems you report. Please don’t send us personal information about your child.

We keep support conversations for up to 24 months after the last message, unless we need them longer to establish or defend legal claims. Our e-mail provider stores messages on our behalf as a data processor.

7. This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, and there are no forms.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which – like any web host – processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. These server logs are kept for a short period set by Vercel and are not used by us to identify visitors.

9. Recipients and international transfers

We share data only with the service providers named above – RevenueCat (purchase verification), Vercel (website hosting) and our e-mail provider – each bound by a data processing agreement and allowed to use the data only on our instructions. Apple and Google process purchase data as independent controllers. We never sell data.

RevenueCat and Vercel are based in the United States. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the transfer is protected by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. How long we keep data

  • On-device data: until you reset progress or uninstall the App.
  • Purchase records at RevenueCat: for as long as the App is available, so that you can restore your purchases, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Support e-mails: up to 24 months after the last message.
  • Website server logs: for the short period set by our host.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to i2p30mk+kidsworld@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.

Because the Apps are anonymous, we cannot tell which purchase records belong to you unless you help us find them. Please include the order number from your store receipt – on Apple it is the “Order ID” in the receipt e-mail, on Google Play the number starting with “GPA.”. Deleting these records does not cancel your purchase: Apple or Google keep the receipt, and tapping “Restore purchases” later will unlock your content again.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – in particular in the country where you live or work. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

If you live in California or another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information.

12. Security

We collect as little as possible – the best protection is not having the data at all. All connections from the Apps and to this website use encryption (HTTPS/TLS), and only the service providers listed above have access to the limited data they process for us.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change how the Apps handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect. If the change is significant, we will also mention it in the App’s update notes in the store.
