Send an e-mail

We usually reply within two working days. It helps if you include:

  • the app name and version (shown at the bottom of the parent area),
  • your device model and system version,
  • what happened, and a screenshot if you can.

Finding the parent area

Tap the small padlock in the top corner of the home screen and answer the maths question. The parent area has settings, purchases, “Restore purchases”, “Reset progress” and our contact details. It closes when you leave it – hand the device back to your child.

Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with, install the app, open the parent area and tap “Restore purchases”. Everything you bought unlocks again – no account with us needed.

I bought on iPhone – why can’t I see it on my Android tablet (or the other way round)?

Purchases belong to your App Store or Google Play account, and the two stores don’t share purchases with each other. We deliberately have no accounts of our own, so we can’t link them. Purchases also belong to one app: buying the Full version of one app doesn’t unlock the others.

My child tapped a picture with a padlock. Can they buy something by accident?

No. A locked picture only shows a friendly “ask a grown-up” message. Prices and the store are only in the parent area behind the parental gate, and every payment is confirmed by Apple or Google (Face ID, fingerprint or password, depending on your settings).

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so they handle refunds. For the App Store, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open your order history in the Play Store or at play.google.com. If something doesn’t work, please tell us too.

Do the apps work without the internet?

Yes. Every activity works offline. You only need a connection to buy or restore purchases.

How do I turn off the sound or change the language?

Open the parent area → Settings. You can switch the sound off and choose English, Polish, German or French. The apps start in the device language when it is one of these.

How do I reset my child’s progress?

Parent area → “Reset progress”. This clears played pictures and colouring on this device. It does not remove purchases.

Which ages are the apps for?

Toddler Coloring & Puzzles is for ages 2–5. Kids Memory & Logic Games and Dress Up Animals & Mazes are for ages 3–6. There are no timers and no “wrong” answers, so younger and older siblings can play too.

Is there a subscription?

No. You can play the free content forever, buy single packs or bundles, or unlock everything in an app with one Full version purchase.

Do you collect data about my child?

No. No accounts, no ads, no analytics and no advertising identifiers. The only data that leaves the device is anonymous purchase verification when a parent opens the parent area.

Deleting your data

There is no account to delete – the apps don’t have accounts. Progress and settings live only on the device: remove them with “Reset progress” in the parent area, or uninstall the app. To delete the anonymous purchase records kept by our purchase-verification provider, e-mail us the order number from your store receipt (Apple “Order ID” or Google Play “GPA.…”). Details are in the privacy policy.
